Diploma point is the ground which should receive any activity that comes to it, keep it and retort it for distribution, else the activity will be leaking out. So in our system if we are to receive the flow of the line, there ought to be a diploma point which should be the ground for receiving the flow. So any force coming to us is being received by this ground, preserved there, and distributed gradually according to the fitness of the system.
When we say that we have a diploma point, then it means that there is a half cup, because a Diploma Point will be only formed when a half cup is formed. For a half cup to be formed 1st quarter of a circle should be formed first. Then the 2nd quarter and then the 3rd quarter; it is after the completion of the 2nd and 3rd quarters, the Diploma Point is formed between them.
After the completion of the 4th quarter a full 0 or circumference is formed and here the Diploma Point becomes the centre having plus and ether figures round it a 0ce. This 0ce is the 1st coating of K i.e., the circular space within 0ce. But as the activity of the circular space gives rise to the work of not i.e., raising of the 4th quarter to one and then to tenth and centigrade works i.e., the circular space i.e., K, becomes active.
